Either or. It's a few pills so...

Makes no difference really.

n2generate can be taken all in 1 dose 1-2 hours pre workout or post workout

or you can split the dosage if you are in PCT

n2guard you can do either or, however make sure you are NOT taking it around the time you are taking any type of oral. space it 2 hours away
