splenda intolerance?

Just curious if anyone else has had problems with Splenda (i.e., stomach aches, gas, etc...) It happens every time I eat the damn stuff, but doesn't happen with Equal or any other artificial sweetener (which means it probably isn't the dextrose or maltodextrin present in all of them.)

Anyone else have this problem?

Equal and Splenda give me headaches. Equal gives me blurry vision and difficulty thinking. Splenda leaves a bad aftertaste. Sweet & Low is the BEST.

Yup...Splenda makes me feel like someone is taking a knife to my mid-section....and the pain lasts for hours. I have to avoid it at all cost. I also find that sugar-free mints and certain gums have the same effect. It is rather a drag when a limited diet becomes even more limited
