How can I lose fat in a reasonable time frame to tone up quickly? I need to lose 15 pounds and tighten up my biceps, abs and inner thighs?

What products can I use to get more energy and contribute more to my daily workouts?

Did you read up on CKD yet? It works really, really good for me. Women, it works well but either way your progress in the gym may suffer.


Ask Spatts for her cutting diet. it's very good.


Also, Trex(thermorexin) is a very good supplement for fat loss and energy. Good luck!
 
CKD? No, I've not considered that. I do want to continue my workouts....how will that affect them?

Mr. X recommends I believe a 2 day split on CKD. beastboy and HGpenny(something) are doing it. Ask them how there workouts are goind. They were posting a semi daily update.


When I was on, my first week was awful. I was sooo tired. After that, it was much better. Good luck!
 
That's not a lot of time to lose 15 pounds. Are you male or female?

The most that you should lose is 2 pounds per week. The CKD may enable you to lose more than that, but the initial weight loss is water. Good luck on what you chose to do!
