ive been training with strength bands for a month now and my bench has gone up 20 lbs. i do my heavy day on monday and speed day on thursday. my question is how long should i be training with the bands for?
Yoiu should actually switch yoiur days to allow formore rest from the heavy day. But to answer your question you can trian with the bands on speed day all you want. it is recommended t go take a break every few weeks form the bands because they are known to caue joint inflamation after prolonged use.2 on 2 off or something lke that.
