Speaking of protein......

How's the Optimum Nutrition stuff taste. I ordered a 5 pound jug of chocolate today, and i heard the stuff was nasty.
Any suggestions on what to add to make it more palatable??

Like any other powder, I just eat it till I get sick of it, then I move on to something else. The Optimum is good shit, but I eventually got tired of the aspartame taste.

I've found that water makes any of this stuff taste worse than when it is mixed with milk.

I use the Optimum nutrition protein when cutting and it does not taste that bad when mixed with milk.

Im using a mixture of 30% soy isolate(protein factory) and 70% optimum whey chocoloate
good stuff.
