Thanks for the help, she is one of those that eats 1 big meal a day and that's it, I'm just going to get her calories in line, spread out her food, and keep carbs low-moderate. I'm going to keep her
training light/simple, basic movements for awhile. Thanks again to

Seriously, there isn't anything that you do that she can't/shouldn't but with less weight. Although I will echo the sentiments that went before me ie don't hit her with some real hardcore stuff right off the bat or she will freak and give up.

If she is in good shape (just not "toned") then just spread her food out throughout the day and any weight resistance training she does should have an effect fairly quickly. If she comes back to you in a few weeks saying she LOVES it and is asking for more, then you can hit her with the more.
 
I have my fiance doing everything I do (except...well you know) and she has gotten wicked results. I train 2 on/2off/2on/1off, Chest/bis, Back/tris, Legs, Shoulders/calves. Everything for her is four sets 8-12reps, about four exercises for large body parts, 2-3 for small.
