Spatts I was asking because among hundreds of different supplements you seemed to almost single out in terms of importance the B Complex. . I once start taking it 2 or 3 times a day 350mg tabs and, although I don't recall well, I think I felt some noticeable difference. Is it ergonenic to you ( I am sure the injectable is ) or you are just covering some lack due hard training poor intake combo?

commonly B vites are found in grains, which you will be lacking when controlling your carbs.
