wut do u think is better..soy with my protein shake before bed or a half ccup of skim milk..? shalf cup of soy is 3 sugars,.,

and does soy slow down absorption wit whey and is it low on the gi.....s there an insuin spike wit soy
 
For a guy I'd say whole milk. But for you soy would be Ok. But only 1/2 cup doesn't make much difference.
 
Milk is a better protein than soy, it is also a slower digesting one, making it particularly advantageous (vis a vis soy) before bed.
