Sostenon Frequency

I 'd like to hear your opinion on the frequency of sostenon injections . I previously have done 2 amps ( 500mg ) twice a week . I have heard that it would be better to do one ampule eod because of the propionate staying active . Thanks , TC

You do not need to inject Sustenon EOD. Although it contains both short acting esters and long acting esters it functions as one long one. That 30mgs of Propinate that everyone is so concerned about won't make any difference after week three or so.

Every 5th day is how I'm running it.

here's how I do it
if I do 500mg I inject 1amp (250mg) on mon. and 1 amp on thurs.
750mg 1 amp on mon/wed/fri.
1000mg 2 amps on mon and thurs.

works for me.
