1. Proteinshake(30g) with water.

(workout.. doing some weightlifting first, then 30 min cardio)

2. Proteinshake(50g) with water, 100g dextrose.

3. 80g of mackerel, 100g of bread, 2 glass of milk.

4. 200g of meat, salad, 1 tomato, 3tbs of flax seed oil.

5.150g of Tuna, paprika, 1/4 avocado, 3tbs of flax seed oil.

6. 6 eggs, 200g of apple. 3tbs of sunflower oil.

7. 200g of Chickenbreast

8. Proteinshake(30g) in water.

This is day one.
Day two i wont work out, so I will not eat the carbs I have in the second and third meal. Day three is like day one etc...

My goal is to get rid of as much fat ass possible and keep the muscles I have.
I weight 253lbs and I'm 6,3-4 tall. Don't know my BF, but my abs are showing if I flex them...

What do you think? It took me quite a long time making this diet, so hope you think it's ok:)
 
Whey is not a very good idea before you go to bed. It is absorbed way too quickly. Try some cottage cheese instead,

1cup: 14g of carbs, 30g of protein, 3g of fat. (1% fat)

Have you ever dieted before with this type of diet? If it works for you then go for it, but I would get very fat eating this type of high fat diet.

I'm not taking whey, it's casein before I go to bed.
I have actually never been on a real diet. Been bulking all the time=) But i broke my arm 4 weeks ago, so I thought I might as well could spend the next 6-8 weeks to get ripped.
It's some fat there, but I need the energi, don't you agree? It's about 3000 calories if have not counted wrong..

Is 3 tbs = 3 tablespoons of oil ?

If so 9tbs would be 14g X 9 = 126g of fat.

6eggs also have 30g of fat.

You don't need more than .35g of fat per lb of bodyweight when you are eating a substantive amount of carbs. So in your case, 90g of fat.

Are you on gear? If not, 1.5g of protein is the minimum. So in your case 380g.

Well, I'm just eating the egg _white_ which don't contain any fat at all...

And one tablespoon of oil is about 5gram where i come from hehe. 5gram*9= 45 gram..

And I'm not on any gear(just clen and eca).
I think the diet has about 300gram of protein a day...

What do you think now?;)
 
I think you mean a teaspoon... I guess it's much better now, but I would increase the protein in meal 6 since you are only eating the whites.
