to me it seems that we deal with three types of people on this board:
a) bodybuilders
b) powerlifters
c) people involved in general fitness/conditioning
I keep seeing so much black and white between these categories. and IMO, it is nowhere near as black and white as people make it out to be.
afterall, I can bodybuild, while training for strength, and maintain my cardiovascular health/flexibility/functionalness all at the same time.
more often than not, i believe people are interested in a combination of all of those.
Just a rant I suppose.
