someone help with fina insomnia!!

damn this sux,going on 3 days with little sleep.tried otc sleep aids.i was able to get 3 ambien last week but there gone now.
 
Bro, most sleep problems are caused by light. Try blocking all light into the room so you are sleeping in pitch dark.

Even tiny amounts of light like the glow of a distant distant street light or a half moon are enough to block melatonin production in sensative people... and you can grow more light sensative as you grow older... usually starts in the early to mid- 20s.
 
5-HTP and inositol work pretty well for me.

im just the opposite. i can't fall asleep unless I have the tv on.
 
Fina gives me major insomnia. I tried benadryl 25-50mg with some relief, otherwise the only thing that worked was ativan and clonazepam. It's the only complaint I have with fina.

I know what you mean. I haven't slept for shit in a week and a half. It's funny; I can sleep in the middle of the day with no problem but at night, I toss and turn and sweat.

have you tried melatonin?

it works better for me than sominex or nytol; doesn't give me the groggy, hungover feelint that OTC sleep aids do.
 
try throwing some winnie in with it...youll be up for f'n days...honestly most if not all herbs have no effect..
 
What about ZMA or some Valerian Root tea? Works great for me when I'm having trouble sleeping. Also try reading a REALLY tedious, technical book or the Bible ;)
 
Try sitting in a dark room about a half hour before going to bed.
Think of everything you have to get done or problems wright them down on paper to get them of your mind.
That way when you finally lay down your mind is not running all over he place. Slow breathing during that half hour, deap breaths.
If that doesn't work drink a couple of caps of ghb

What is the dosage your running Fina on??

ambien or sonata works great for me. Sonata is essentially a faster and shorter action ambien. xanax puts me right to sleep, but unless you get a full 8 hours I feel groggy in the morning. Unisom is by far the most effective OTC sleep aid I have tried. Try taking 2-4 of those along with a vodka tonic and you will be asleep real fast. Other than that, don't be active late during the day and don't let your mind race while trying to sleep.
 
Xanax is my drug of choice for sleeping Problems, or .5 mg of Rohypnol. Knocks me out good and doesn´t give a hangover at this dose.
It will get you addicted real fast.
 
Yeah I try not to use the Ambien too often. like once a week if I need to. I don't think I could ever become addicted to anything for some reason. When i quit smoking, I quit and that was it. No problems. When I used to drink like a fish, then I stopped that was it too. I barely ever drink. And that Ambien, I hate that feeling of being all fucked up and not being able to walk. I need to be in control, shit sucks
 
i started out with ,250 mg sust eod with 75mg fina eod.now i am doing fina at 100mg ed with 250mg sust every 7 days to help with fina dick.i will be running this for about 4 more weeks.

try sonata instead. It is directed more towards people that have problems falling asleep. Ambian is for people who have trouble staying asleep. Imagine compressing the 6-8 hrs of effects of ambien into 3-4; that is sonata.

classic simptom of ADD. it means that you can't fully relax and fall asleep unless you have something in the background to occupy your brain - i.e. tv, radio, etc.
