Some questions about clenbuterol...

Can you only get weight loss/fat loss results from clen with exercise? Is cardio or weights better to see results?

If you take benadryl/ketotifen alongside clen, how much longer does that mean you can take the clen? Does that mean that you can use clen indefinitely, or is there still a max time period like 6 weeks?

Should the dose be split/taken with meals?

Is there any chance of muscle wastage with clen or is it all fat loss?

Has anyone experienced changes in appetite when on clen?

Is it ok to take a vitamin and iron supplement with clen or does one affect the absorption of the other?

I have a blood test next week for vitamin d and thyroid function. Will clen show up or affect this?

Do you have to experience side effects e.g. shaking for the clen to be working?

Check that link out, it gives you a lot of information on clen. Splitting the dosages up throughout the day is best. I would recommend to take it for 2 weeks then take a week break so your receptors dont get to used to it and don't respond. Also a combination of weights and cardio will give you great results to keep muscle and burn fat.

Clen dosing. When dosing clen you will want to sart out with 3 20mcg doses a day and move up 20mcg
every 3 days till you reach 140mcg max. Always spread the dosing out over 3 doses a day that are a couple of hours
appart. never go above 140mcg and always only go up 20mcg every 3 days.
Once you reach 140mcg stick to that dose for the rest of the time you are on the clen cycle. 4 weeks
on 4 weeks off is the best and most effective way to use clen.
ANy other way is not as good. The cycle would look like this

day Morning/noon/night
1 20/20/20
2 20/20/20
3 40/20/20
4 40/20/20
5 40/40/20
6 40/40/20
7 40/40/40
8 40/40/40
9 40/40/40
10 60/40/40
once you get to this dose just stay here til the end. Never go above this no reason to.

1 cap am,pre work out and before bed. Best before meals on all. Along with the clen you will get a massive drop in bf% and will not need to go low carb ether.
 
thanks guys. so does clunbuterol react with vitamin supplements?
and do the side effects mean its working, so if you don't have any its not working?
