u r what i call "real world attractive"....perhaps not "elite attractive".

You've put on 50 lbs in 18 months. That's pretty damn good progress. Your body fights the change (even with the AAS). It's in a happy state, a homeostasis. This is where it wants to be (probably a little lighter right now actually, but the gear is keeping it here). You can push it past this point, but it will keep getting harder to break through plateaus.

How many grams of protein are you taking in per day? All the added gear and higher doses won't do the trick without the fuel. After you've gained a certain amount, it takes more work to keep gaining (starting in the kitchen). It takes usually at least 6 months of carrying a weight uncomfortably (eating way above maintenance) in order to get the body to adapt and accept the heavier weight point (develop new homeostasis).

good stuff right there thanks.... I eat around 300-350 g protein per day.... I know i eat plenty, i recently cut down on my carbs a little and started cardio once a week, as you can see i am gaining little fat around my stomach area, am ok with it but want to keep it controlled... i am eating plenty and switching up my routine consistently, only downfall is the amount of sleep i get... ive always had problems sleeping, and now with the tren i maybe get 2 hours max per night, so i catch up during the day prior to gym

Let me tell you a secret...

the real magic starts at 500 grams.

You'd also better work on that sleep thing. Get to bed earlier. Avoid stimulants. Look into herbal/supp sleep aids. Meditate, or do breathing techniques or something to relax so you can sleep better. Sleep during the day does not = sleep during the night. Trust me. I spent a lot of time working nights and it really limited my gains.

Melatonin bro! its cheap as hell and you can get it out of the counter! look it up, it worked wonders to cure my bad sleeping habits! 6mg will knock you right out. and its all natural too.

good progress too house! keep it up!

^5 dude, fuckin awesome job!

how many cycles did u run in that timeframe of rapid weight gain.. if u dont mind me asking? did u watch your fat /carbs before recently?

u should be proud of yourself .. thats is an awesome transformation

thanks bro... the one i am on now is my fourth... my diet now is not so strict as it would be if i was cutting, i am bulking but still watching my carbs late night, and my fat intake throughout the day... only fat i do eat is from my oils and from my meat

Very good job bro...:)
Just always watch your blood levels for everything. Give proper rest to your body from juice so you can recover your natty test production.

im 199-200 cant break 200 no matter how much i eat!

ehh...you can't really say that...because you're not eating as much as you could eat! get 400-500 grams of protein a day, stat! can't become a huge guy with a little stomach, so if you're afraid of that, better get over it.

Oh, and...remember, this shit takes time bro, and your body is fighting the additional weight initially. You've got plenty of time to hit 250 (or whatever the goal is).
