I was watching this show the other day and one of the guys from Menudo is supposed to be like some hardcore spanish rocker now.

Ceviche is the shit... got some at this cliffside little shanty near acapulco once that was probably the best shit I ever had in my life....

Menudo (the food) is also the shit... I could eat pounds of tripas...

I have had what I thought was menudo before. It turns out that is was pistole (or something like that). The menudo that I had while I was in Mexico had intestines in it. I wasn't really digging that too much, but hey. I can at least say that I tried it. I agree about the ceviche being awesome. I've only had the red kind, but I've heard that the green is good too.

Yeah menudo is with the tripe (intestines or whatever) that shit rocks... hangover helper numero uno... pozole is the same soup without the tripe (with hominy - that giant white corn) I assume pozole would be relatively easy to make cause there is no tripe - which is stinky....

i also noticed this, but i had the good taste and breeding not to post about my suspicions and observations. i assumed he was just happy to be on holiday.
