I understand what you are saying, and agree.
But I do have a life. I'm a stay at home Dad in a foreign country that primarily does not speak English with very little help from anyone. My son is my life from the point that he wakes up till the point I put him to bed every night.
I also own two companies. One is a supplement company where I have my own brand of supplements and carry a full stock and coordinate with athletes all over the country to make sure that they get the help that they need. The other is based on Special Needs children, focused on Autism. We are one of the leaders in Europe in this field and THE LEADER in our country of Cyprus by far.
I also carry the roles of husband and coach to others, yet those are very distant on my priority list.
But the real athlete...always has his definition of success on his mind, near 24/7/365...no matter what their sport is. That is a true reality.
That's awesome dude!!!!!!!!! If you want any connections in the US regarding autism foundations, feel free to hit me up with a PM. I have worked with a boy with aspergers for 5 years, and the kids dad happens to be the head of marketing for autism speaks- wrote me a hell of a college recommendation I also spent the last 2 (and maybe this one) summers volunteering at a summer program for children with autism and down syndrome.
