Tough workout today. Abds and calves with an aching back and a pulled achilles tendon. But I got through it.
The biggest difference between now and competing in the past is that I'm not looking at the diet as such a sacrifice. Part of that is better supplements but I just like fueling my body with good things. It feels good. Okay, I'd like a cookie but no big deal living without it.
Do today what most won't so tomorrow you can do what most can't.
Just over 2 weeks in and I like the progress. Now here's the thing...will the progres form this point be more dramatic or less? I thinking more. So that's what I'm going for. And I'm taking some advice from big Jim Quinn -- he said; if you're on point, stay there. Don't get clever and start changing things up. I think he's right.
