I wore my trademark t-shirt to the grocery store. Yes, it says Bite Me on it. These 3 women were commenting on it and laughing and I heard one say, "I'll bite you." Why didn't I take her up on the offer? Because I was too humble, shy, whatever. I haven't had any in a while. Someone is going to get it good. That is all.

No, the reason I asked him because he weighs 200 - 210 lbs, at 5'9 I believe? But I can only imagine what 20+ years of weightlifting did to his body. Can you imagine the kind of density he carries? Even if he is 10% bodyfat, there this special kind of thickness you can only build through heavy training through many years. He probably has traps to his neck sticking out.

My greatest development has been in my arms I think. Specifically in the triceps. There are muscles there now, that didn't exist in the past. You will have them too. Just keep at it.
