The service is alright. My friend had cingular over a year ago and it sucked....now he has nextel (they suck even more but he don't think so) Since then they added a300 towers across the country and they plan to give give nationwide coverage within a year. I havnt noticed any dwad spots but the phone itself gets excellant reception so it may just be picking up where others arent.
