Some cutting diet help

Alright eventually I want to start on some gear, but before that I want to get my diet in check and lose some of this excess weight.
I am 25, 200lb, 5'10" and probably 15-20% bf I have been eating 6-7 meals a day but drinking "mucho" beers. I have recently quit drinking and want to lean down as much as possible before bulking. I hear that you want:
high pro, low carb, and high fat( what kinds of fat).
Is anyone here in the same boat and can give me there diet examples
I have alot of lean meats (turkey,chk breast, eggs, lean beef) and veggies and anpb and whole breads Im just not real sure on when to eat what and how much I guess?
Any input is appreciated
 
I also failed to mention I will be involving the lipostack to help get rid of some of the fat and give me energy as well as incooporating protein (bigblast),
Is ther anything else I should add to the diet?
 
It's a good idea to have moderate fat, not high.

For every meal you want to have a lean protein, a starchy (complex though) carb and a fibrous carb.

I read the ebook Burn the fat, Feed the muscle by Tom Venuto, as suggested on here many times and it totally changed the way I think about eating.

I would start with reading that, I'm glad I did.
