In the gym eveyr friday I do legs. When I get to calves there are pretty much 3 basic machines. Standing calf raises, sitting raises and this weird push pad thing. I know there is for sure a difference between the standingand sitting, but I just dont know what they are, can someone tell me the difference between the calf raise machines? Aloha
