i really dont get the deal with wrists. some people say that it is a precursor to how big you can get, others say it doesnt mean shit. i just measuer my wrists and they are 7" round, but does this really mean i have good potential? Why would the size of yer wrsit bone be a precursor to how big your muscles can get?

Your muscles are the basis of your frame. The stronger they are the more muscular tension they can handle. That is why your bones become more dense as you lift, they are strengthening to accomodate the increased muscle power. People with bigger bones generally have stronger bones. Thus bigger wrists mean bigger frame and the potential for greater strength increases.

i broke my right wrist years ago and it healed bigger than my left wrist...is this why when i do curls i get more reps w/ my right arm? just curious if anyone would know? didnt mean to steal your thread lee, but we were on the topic

The wrists do determine your frame size to a certain degree, but its the muscle bellies that count. If you have full bellies with high fiber count of fast twitch fibers you have the potential of gaining strength and size muhc more rapidly than someone who has less.
