I'm not sure what the formula is for determining damages, but I think it should be a hell of a lot less than the usual award since the dumbass wasn't wearing a seat-belt.

I do not think that can go after the parents assets. They can hit Nick up, and will probably get limited to the policy coverage.

I guess he had hefty policy limits however what if the award is more than the policy limits. It goes against the owner of the tags right?
