nearly everything a man does is to increase his chances of getting laid or just to be desirable to the opposite sex.

Have to disagree with you on that one. Why are there so many fat slobs walking around? That sure as hell isn't desirable. I have fat friends that are virgins because they can't attract the opposite sex (they want to attact women, but lack will power to diet and exercise).

Which I personally can't understand....I know once I broke up from my long term GF a few years ago, I lost 20 pounds of fat and gained 20 lbs of muscle because I knew I had to look above average again.

My current girlfriend....well I'm content to let the other guys slobber over her. I'd never cheat.
