So, is this bad?

Hey everyone,

I've been reading all of the stuff on here for about a month or so now

And i was wondering if me being 200 pounds and 5'4'' is a bad thing?

I'm 15 years old, and very atheletic, rowing everyday and the gym afterwards every three days, but i've already covered that in previous threads, but is that too much?

I am fit, i know that, i can work at 75% of max heart rate for 40 min, and my trainer says that this is good,

but should i worry about cutting alot rather than bulking or what?

I'm very new at all of this , three months into it,

And even after all i have read on here, i don't know exactly how i'm supposed to go about things

Thanks

Tellie

I don't mean to be harsh, but 5'4" and 200lbs is really large. Have you ever had your bodyfat tested. At your height it's hard to believe that it's mostly muscle. I'm not doubting your athletic prowess, but it seem like alot of weight to be carrying on that frame...

I'm for sure a big girl, but i'm not abnormally large, only in my shoulders

it runs in my family, my dad is 5'10'' and 260lbs but not fat, chub yes, obesity no, not at all
i went to a dietician thinking my weight was a really bad thing, she said it was fine, my eating habits are good, she sent me out of there with a huge smile on here face saying it was all good

like i have 18'' calves and 28 thighs,

not thin. but i'm a reguler store large, no plus size stores or anything, i think you might have disregarded that some people have just really really big frames, and that i do

Its not about what we think - its about what you think. Is it possible to have your body fat percentage checked? That will give you a much truer picture of where you are at. What are your goals? If you are comfortable with where you are at then it is not for us to tell you to change. I am 5'4" and really broad across the shoulders for a woman and at 185 I was FAT - no other way to put it. When I was that heavy my fat wasn't loose and saggy it was fairly solid which made me think I just had alot of muscle underneath but the simple truth is that it was just alot of fat with very little muscle. Now that I have lost alot of it the fat that I have is getting loose and bumpy and there is no doubt about where it is or how much there is. Anyway, get your bfp done and decide what it is you want then the folks here will be better able to help you.

Yeah i'll get my bf% checked i'm kinda curious

and I don't really know my bone density, but i remember as a kid i had a collarbone the size of a broom handle right now maybe a childs wrist...no joke

ummm

as for more proportions

umm i have full out muscular calves and they are 18'' like no fat whatsoever on these babies

that's all i can do man

well for now
