So I'm sitting here watching this gay porn and one thing I don't understand is why...

Actually I do have a question and need some opinions.

There this girl I kinda know. Anyways I ran into her months ago outside a club. She acted like she was too good to talk to me, or was in a hurray to leave.

So yesterday I go to the local bar on the lake (marina) and see that she is waitressing. I take my shirt off and sit with some friends. The whole time she is walking by giving me smiles and stuff and then comes up to me later on and begins talking to me, kinda flirty.

Is this girl being superficial and would you give her a chance, or am I just misreading the whole situation entirely?
btw, she's a 9.5 (would be a 10 if her boobs were slightly larger):)

Ok, now that I'm over that, I'm not a big fan of two-faced or two-sided people. Either she can talk to you anytime or she just needs to stop sending mixed signals. It's as simple as that. BTW, if I know her, I can go give her a "talking to", if you'd like. ;)

I will definitely have to kick her ass for messing with you that way. I can be vicious you know. And actually, I haven't been to Sonny's in a long time. I think the last time I was there was for a graduation party a couple of years ago actually.

Depends on whether or not you like this girl. If you like her and would like to try and spend time with her, do it. Maybe the night you saw her she was in a rush, was with friends, had some where to be etc. and if it would have been a different night under different circumstances she would have behaved differently.
But, also consider she is in the service industry, so, she might be acting nice considering it has the potential to make her money.

Need more info. If you are attracted to her, try and feel the situation out and see if anything is there.
 
That could be true, she did have a friend with her that night whom seemed to want to get inside. Hopefully that's it.

I doubt it was the money thing. She wasn't our waitress and I wouldn't think she'd be preparing for future tips because she gets hit on all the time, but never acts interested. That's why it was so unusual for her to walk completely across the place just to talk to me.

I'm not attached, but considering her degree of hotness, I'll give her a shot (literally:D )

Let's just face the facts, I'm hot and she wants my body.
(yes I'm full of shit and I tell myself these things to make me feel better;) )

count the days back to each event from present time...

it will be a multiple of 28 days back to the time she was
a bitch to you...

it will be a multiple of approx. 33-34 days from the time she
was friendly to you...

women should be labeled monthly like eggs and milk, best if
used by this date...avoid after this date...:p

Ok, so Thurs. I go to the Marina (her work place). She isn't there. I ask our waitress and find out she works the entire weekend.

So Friday a bunch of us go out there. Me and a female friend get there early so I could talk to this girl. I see her and ask her to go out sometime. She says "Sure" , So I got her digits.

I call Sunday to find out what days she usually works, etc. Get her voicemail. I leave a message. She never returns call. So we went to the Marina (yes I realize I'm there too much) and she is working. She waves at me then comes over and talks to me. She says she got my message. (I was thinking, thanks for calling back) .:rolleyes:

We then sit in her section so I can talk to her some more. I ask her if she works tommorrow (Memorial Day) and she says she goes in at 4:00. I ask her to lunch before she has to go in. She says yes and to call her.

So yesterday (Monday) I call her about lunch, leave a message and never heard back from her.

I won't persue this any further unless she calls me back. I'm not desperate enough to play games and chase after some tail. I will run into her on weekends though since she works at our hangout, so we'll see how she reacts to me being there.

The ball is in her court now. I'll keep everyone updated. (as if anyone cares:) )
 
Could be awkward if you go to the marina a lot, but leave her alone. Don't give her much attention. You are putting way more effort into it than she is.

Yes, unfortunately me & my friends go there a lot. I might simply give her a wave or something, but that's about the extent of it.

They certainly do love mind games.

Chalk this one up as her loss. It's really no big deal regardless.
 
You already messed up by putting the ball in her court. Thats exactly what girls like that want. You should have never given her that controll. At this point what Id do is show up at her restaurant with a girl that looks better than she does. Im willing to bet she´ll be the first one to try and come over and talk to you. She might even be ringing your phone by the end of the week. If she does, dont talk to her though. Just keep stringing her along.

Her in control??? Nah.

The only controll she had was not returning my 2 calls...if that could even be considered control.

What I'm saying is that the ball is in her court now. If she wants a date, fine, she can call me or ask me at the restaurant.

Perhaps when she sees I'm not one of these guys who constantly kisses her ass and chases her around, she'll rethink the situation, but by then I may no longer be interested.

(btw, yes I agree. Women get jealous whenever they see you with another female that is attractive)
 
Give it a few more days dude, it's no where close to a lose yet!!! Being in the restaurant business and running around all weekend waiting on people isn't fun. She might just be busy and run down. If she don't call you by the weekend, then lose her!!!

Yes. I wouldn't show up there for a while..she'll figure you're still trying. Don't be in her face all the time. You've done enough. Wait it out. You'll hear from her if she really is interested...

Yes, at least here it is. People come off boats and jet skies all the time to grab some food & drink. This place is half in the open and half covered. There are even girls in swimsuits and sad to say, even fat old men with their shirts off.

It's true she may be busy, but a simple phone call back would not take much effort, as someone mentioned earlier. She could've said "I'm calling you back, I'm busy though, call me later on or I'll call you when I get time".

I think SSME is correct. She doesn't want to date. I think she may be one of these chicks that flirt to get attention and have guys chasing after her. Stupid ho.
 
Oh and one more thing....Initially I was thinking "why didn't she just tell me whenever I asked her out that she wasn't interested?" but the more I thought about it the more I'm glad she said yes, then avoided my calls. I had a female friend with me when I asked her out. That would've looked bad being turned down if front of her.:)
