We'll i've been lifting for almost 2 years, just a few weeks away from my 2 year anniversary. At first I was just fooling around, but thank God, i research a lot, so that helped me out to get my diet in check, and proper workout in the first year. I know many struggle with a bad routine and diet for many years, so I'm happy It happened like that. So the first year i went from 155 to 170, 6'2"slow gains, not much results, same o'l week sausage link. Second year from July, started whole new diet and lifts, and went from 170 to currently 200lbs, all under 12% bf, really happy with the results so far. Haven't taken any sups, planing on in near future. Also planning to do a few cycles in 1-2 yrs. I'm slowly developing, but hit this platoe, for 4 month havent gained a pound, tried increasing calories, switched routine, noting works, stuck on the same strength lever.. frustration is kicking in!
So guys, how long until one looks perfect? I think in 2-3 years with a few cycles under my belt I'll look really good. Lol, but my family is tripping, they say I'm getting too big.. i just want to get to 240lbs 8% bf, its my passion, they dont get it.. sucks!
