I get different opinions on creatine, whey protein, and other names I haven't heard before like superpump, and iforce etc.. I just don't want to go online and start searching because I'm going to get more confused, please help me pick a good product that will give me a great pump.

Honestly, none of these "NO BOOSTER" type supplements really do anything. I have tried every NO boosting supplement on the market and noticed nothing from any of them.

The best thing you can do to get a great pump during your workout is to eat a proper pre-workout meal 60-90 minutes before you train. Something high in protein, high in carbs and low-moderate in fat. Before each of my workouts, I like to mix whey protein isolation from n2bm.com in a bowl of oatmeal with some flax seeds. It'll give you sustained energy throughout your workout and a great pump.

Being properly hydrated and eating a proper pre-workout meal is what is going to give you a great pump. Not some fancy NO drink.

A meal full of simple sugars, such as bananas & pineapple will give you the best pump.

Of course, you can try stacking agmatine+AAKG+Citruline malate, that might help a bit

It also depends on what you respond to. Many people respond well to citrulline but not a lot respond to agmatine. Me personally, I responded much better to agmatine. I haven't used these products in years though. Once I learned how to eat a proper pre workout meal I never needed a supplement to get a pump.

most of gain supplement are based on carbs or protein . the only thing you need is protein as you might not get enough from your meal comparing to your work out.

carb gainer does work however not needed because you can get as much as you want from carbs from your diet

creatine is not for gain , what I feel is just energy to complete my work out ... maybe it help in maintenance but sure not for gain ...

The best supplement to get some good pumps is food - ordinary high quality food taken an hour or an hour and a half before working out. These days people rely on supplements way too much, and forget about such basic things as eating food before training. Just go the old-school way - eat some oatmeals before training, and you will be fine.
