If people understood their inherent rights properly this police abuse of power wouldn't be happening. The need to you to act in the capacity of a government agent (ex. Showing them your drivers license) for them to even have jurisdiction over you.

Capacity as in your not acting in the capacity of a corporation ( your name being in capital letters) but in the capacity of a man under common-law.

The answer here is obvious: We need to give the government more cash so they can invest in better training and pay the troopers a lot more money. That should fix it.
