So am I like the ONLY guy DC Training doesn't work for?

Over trained right after a couple weeks and I was "on." I must be the only guy this program doesn't work for? Everyone but me has great reviews.
 
I did it for a few years. Had good results, but joints began hurting and wanted to spend more time in the gym after a while. It killed my endurance and am now doing my own modified version. 2 exercises per BP, at 3-5 sets per exercise. Totalling around 8-10 including drop sets. Dropped restpause, as it kills me for the rest of my w/o. Am very happy with my new routine and making steady progress.
