I did it for a few years. Had good results, but joints began hurting and wanted to spend more time in the gym after a while. It killed my endurance and am now doing my own modified version. 2 exercises per BP, at 3-5 sets per exercise. Totalling around 8-10 including drop sets. Dropped restpause, as it kills me for the rest of my w/o. Am very happy with my new routine and making steady progress.
