So...1st cycle

So. First cycle. Been training my whole life. 43 years old. 8 years a Marine. 6 ft and stuck at 195 lbs. I’ve done Crossfit, Wendler, Calisthenics Mass, SEALFIT...I just love training. But i want to swell up a bit. No on believes I’m 43 and i hold shit down in the gym. But i wanna kick start 10-15 solid pounds So:

10 week
Test E: 2ml per week
Deca- durabolin: 1ml per week
Amirdex: .5mg ED during cycle
Clomid: PCT 50 mg ED for 21 days

Plan on doing Wendler 5/3/1 and some body weight work in-between.
Using the RP Diet template. Thoughts?
 
It’s not about being lazy, I’m asking for advice to do this properly with minimal side effect.

i wasn't saying you were lazy bro.. i'm saying the pct layout is a 'lazy and outdated pct'

a lot of guys run bad pcts cause the advice out there is shit. not your fault at all
 
Yes check out the Perfect PCT protocol for a good PCT. Also you might want an anti-prolactin on hand for the deca, even at your low dose just in case. Cabaser is good. And up the calories to grow.
 
Its all about the diet.
You can train and take gear and yes you will see some changes in your physique.
But you must be in a caloric surplus to add size.
