How can you smoke when you are trying to build your body?
I used to smoke and be fat as a kid, now I'm lean and nonsmoking.
I can't possibly see the two hold hand in hand, smoking and lifting, and the few smokers in my gym have learned not to smoke when outside the gym, for I glare at them like death, because they are in effect, causing death to my feeling of wellness when I get out.
When you smoke, and I say this of experience, you are stealing the feeling of "weight orgasm" that you can easily get addicted to, and should get addicted to, if you wish to build a body to be recognized with.
After all, the body is your temple, and who wants to stay in a temple that is stuffed with smoke?
