small wrist

Hey guys I don't know if it's genetic but my wrist are very small and know that I'm getting bigger they look even smaller, is there any special routine for the wrist ?
 
Routine? No. The sets and reps don't vary hugely but you might have half an idea of what works for you reps and sets wise. The exercises are fairly straight forward. They will not thicken the bone structure as such but will thicken the muscle and connective tissues / tendons.

Both forward and reverse wrist curls can be done with either barbells or dumbbells. Either over the knee (I do it this way using dumbbells) or over the end of a bench. One exercise I like and which really works the forearms too is wrist roller work. Google or youtube how to make a set up (dirt cheap).

I'd stick with moderate reps for sinew thickening or higher for pumping the meat. I go, as per my earlier response, with low reps cos that's what works for me. So the wrist curls are 8-12 reps and wrist roller 3 reps (stupidly heavy)
