this is one of the most assinine things pushed by supplement companies based on flawed and misleading studies
you never want to eat slow digesting things before bed. that will disrupt your sleep and will actually cause way more harm than good. when you sleep at night you rest and repair and grow after your workouts. my advice is you don't want to eat a damn thing 2 hours before bed and get in a bowel movement as well. you want to sleep without interference, your body has enough shit to do while you sleep, now you want it to also have to digest as well?
