Slight injuries

Whenever you guys feel you have a small injury that you can push through do you do that or do you take off the time to make sure you recover from said injury?

You can train around some - if it's an arm injury you can still train legs and so on.

Otherwise stop getting injured.
 
You can VERY easily turn a small injury into a major one if you don't get it treated.

If you have a small injury, be proactive. Book an appointment with a good sports therapist to get it looked at right away
