Hey guys,
I'm currently on week 8 of my second cycle of 500mg Test E.
I was using Serbian Galenika brand (supposedly legit pharma grade) but recently ran out and got some Alpha Pharma Enanthate. I had my first pin with the new test 3 days ago, and on the same day I started experiencing some stuff.
First, later that same day I had some slight pain/discomfort on the right side of my chest, and after researching I found out it could possibly be liver enlargement. I got my bloodwork done yesterday and will be getting the results in a few hours. The pain was there the first day after the injection and has since gone away.
The other thing I have been experiencing in the last few days since the injection is a slight throbbing pain in the chest/heart area that lasts for a few min. It's a short pulsating pain, like in line with the heartbeats. It's happend maybe 5-6 times since the pin. It's not a big pain but it's distressing and I'm scared of what it might mean.
I authenticate my my gear online on Alpha's webisite and it said it's ok but I'm wondering how reliable their authentication system is. The other thing is, the ampoules were really hard to break, not sure if that's normal for that brand or a possible red flag. Another thing I noticed was that the oil war really watery, very different from the Galenika, but I searched online and I found out that's beacause Alpha use a different type of oil (Ethyl Oleate) as a solvent, so I'm thinking this could possibly be a reaction to the solvent.
I was hoping to do 4 more weeks and even add some dbol to gain some additional mass (small dose, maybe 30mg), but I'm a little freaked out.
I'd like to hear you guys' thoughts on how I should proceed, should I stop my cycle, should I try and get a different brand or if that stuff is normal.
EDIT: Just got my results back and my billirubin is just slightly above the normal range. Any cause for concern here?
