I have been having a really hard time getting quality sleep and its effecting me quite alot. My mind feels so awake when I am trying to fall asleep. Do you guys recommend any supplements I can take that will assist in helping me have a deeper sleep ?
99% of sleep issues are due to consuming caffeine too close before bed time. Are you possibly drinking coffee, taking a pre-workout etc. anything after lunch?
ZMA, benadryl . But the guys are right, sleep hygiene is very important. No caffeine, don't exercise too close to bedtime, no tv or bright lights. Don't do computer work etc. Stop all of it about 3-4 hours before bed.
