Sled dragging, 5-23-02

Well, I woke up this morning and was nice and sore from doing speed squats yesterday...so what the heck...time for some sled dragging to get my muscles back into shape. Night Fly surprised me last night and just showed up for a day or two...so we did some sled dragging together:).

All in all I did the following:

Fwd walking, 100ft x 2 sets
Rev walking, 100ft x 2 sets
Right side, 50ft x 2 sets
Left side, 50ft x 2 sets

My hams, glutes, and hips were on fire...I love it.

Its amazing how much sleds help with recovery.

They have helped me with my fitness levels (cardio weight loss ect). I Feel i can train harder next session....almost refreshed.

plus the acctual training is so much fun. Its a change from being trapped in the gym (i guess this doesnt apply to you B fold....)

My neighbors always get a kick out of it. Kids hop on the sled sometimes!
 
And I am a bit sore from it today...so is Night Fly.
