I just started my 2nd cycle a few weeks ago, but since I started, I haven't been working out like I should or especially eating like I should. I know I need to start and I am going to make myself get back doing what I should today, but what do you guys think about or do that helps keep you motivated? Thanks bros!

I feel like I'm going through withdrawals when I can't train consistently, so I can't sympathize here. I don't see training as a chore. It's what I wake up thinking about and go to sleep thinking about. I've been doing this for over 20 years so it is kind of an addiction
 
should not use steroids unless you like working out and eating healthy in the first place

you are actually making your problem worse by using steroids cause now you won't want to workout off of steroids

my suggestion though at this point is to start a log with pics, that will keep you motivated
 
we cant teach motivation... you either have it or you dont... i dont know what its like to be unmotivated so its hard for me to say... im motivated every single day, even on the bad days or days im not feeling good...
 
You are never going to be 100% motivated everyday. You need to suck it up and get to the gym. Simply showing up is 99% of the battle.

It's like going to work Monday morning. You might not feel like it but you still force yourself to wake up and go
 
When you have a certain goal in your mind, motivation kinda comes naturally.

Personally my motivation fluctuates. Sometimes I might feel a little less motivated but I still keep doing what I do because it's just so big part of my personality. It's really hard to explain...
