My Dad's unit in Afghanistan had 150 South Koreans attached to his unit..

And all 150 of them were bad ass.....serious Tae Kwon Do addicts.

I was stationed there for a year and they are pretty hardcore.

They would do formation runs and a guy would follow them with a stick. If anyone fell back from the platoon they would get beaten. That is good training!
