I think this has been asked before, I just wanted to see your opinions.
scenario: You are out, forgot to pack a meal, your last meal was 3.5 hours ago, you will be home in 4 hours. You are cutting
What do you do:
1. Skip a meal
2. Have a cheat meal (Burger, or something similar).
Suppose there are no HEALTHY alternatives available, no salad, no nothing, you either skip or cheat (one of those 800 cals burgers or so)
