Do all your leg exercises 20-25 reps...squats, calf raises, curls, press....all of them

do youre squats freeweights light weight
and really come down to the bucket
do 3 sets 30 - 40 reps a set
do hack squats do range of motion all the way
put in the work and u will take out results!
