Skinny Indian in need of help!!!

Hey Guys and Gals,

Age: 18
Weight: 115 lbs
Height: 5'6

I am in desperate of gaining some weight. I have been working out for about 2 months and and have gained about 3 lbs. I currently workout 3-4 days per week and each session lasting an hour. I hardly have time to eat 4 meals per day. I want to know what type of food should I consume in order for me to gain some weight. I don't eat beef. I work long hours so I need to know what to eat on the go. Please Help!!!
 
wow. your really skinny, were the same height but i outweigh you more than a few pounds!lol

I'm sure some of the guys will come here and tell you to EAT, EAT, EAT, EAT EVERYTHING IN SIGHT!!!! :RADAR

as for types of food your skinny, eat whatever you want and eat often.
 
I suggest you start buying Muscle Juice weight gainer and drink that shit up!
Atleast 3 times a day 3 scoops. This SHOULD add some serious calories to your diet. Also, you DO NOT want to ONLY take weight gainers. Try eating 4 HUGE meals inbetween. :artist:
