does anyone kno to get abs(not ice cub tray abs) would a half cup of skim milk (6 carbs 6 sugars) with my designer whey before bed will efffect me from gettin abs? if i eat like 35 or below carbs all day will that turn to fat? i think 1 cup of milk will but will a half cup throw me out of ketosis if i have it every other 3 days or so ?
