how long are you running it?

i wouldnt think youd see much from that small amount.

yeah. up it some. do try at least 500mg. its so mild kind of like primo.

I know a kid that did 300mgs of EQ and gained NO mass just got very hard and vascular and he was eating like a maniac. 400mgs atleast IMO

Once you up the dosages...Then what you want to add to the mix is a often overlooked supplement call "Wholelotafoodabol"

Sorry , its 2 doses of 200mg per ml, 2 ml a week, sooo 400 a week for 10 to 12 weeks. So the consensus is to just eat clean and a lot. I dont need anything other then the multivitamin Im already taking?
