100mcg's of ghrp-2 or 6 w 100mcg's of cjc-1295 or mod grf 1-29, both 2-3 times a day is a winner, cjc-1295dac is a little goofy if not to experienced w peps. a ghrp and a ghrh(cjc) is always a good start. you can add igf-1lr3 @50mcg's to a body part after workouts to build more muscle, or frag-176 before workouts and before bed @250 mcg's to lose stubborn body fat. if still confused ask again, always do your homework.
