What are some known side effects to taking testosterone boosters when your testosterone levels are normal? Especially since some urologists recommend against it.

Nope. They only boost it to natural levels. They're not roids.

if your T levels are super low and a test booster causes it to go up and you are ALREADY PRONE to mood issues or acne then i can see SOME possibility of that
