Been planning my LGD cycle for some weeks now, delivery issues meant there was a significant delay, but that is in the past.
My stats are:-
I am 58 years old and 6ft tall, I am more into racquet sports than body building, so I am probably pretty light compared to many of the readers. I have been going to the gym pretty regularly over the last 6 months though, where I warm up on a Concept II rowing machine for 15 minutes, then do weights.
I walk 25 miles a week to and from work.
My diet is a cruising diet rather than a hardcore body building one.
Also important to note that I am on around 26iu / week HGH but my weight was pretty stable before starting LGD-4033.
I split the LGD with my BB buddy, so will get a comparison between a more hardcore BB as well.
I use Tanita weigh scales that give about 20 readings of body fat, muscle weight, water etc around the body, I will summarise the results below.
Before starting the LGD cycle, my stats were
201lbs total 22.6% bodyfat = 45.4lbs fat and 147.8lbs muscle.
My best ever stats were after a Test + Deca cycle a couple of years back
193lbs total weight 11.5% bodyfat = 22.2lbs fat and 162.2 lbs muscle.
Started my LGD cycle on the 20th of May at the recommended dose of 0.3m/l (3mg) per day, work commitments meant I did not get to the gym on the first week.
After one week LGD and no exercise my stats were:-
202.6 lbs total 22.3% bodyfat = 45.0lbs fat 149.4 muscle.
Week 2 on LGD, I managed 3 x GYM where I do legs and arms all together. Upped my leg weights by more than 10kg and arms by about 5kg.
After 12 days on LGD my stats were:-
205.0 lbs total 20.8% bodyfat = 42.8lbs fat 154.4lbs muscle.
So my first full week with training gained me 5lbs muscle and dropped 2.2lbs fat.
Also need to note that 3 x GYM is more than I would normally do, I am usually nearer once a week and sometimes twice.
Was not happy with the size of my nuts Nuts after the weigh in, decided to start taking some Low dose Naltrexone, that I had on hand, every morning, HCG would be OK too, but I prefer Low dose Naltrexone.
No issues with Libido, just felt that their size was not right.
At the gym on day 14 of the LGD cycle, upped my leg weights a further 10kg and my arm/chest weight a further 5kg, some were completely easy and could have gone more, but do not want to do too much at once.
On the evening of day 16 my stats were :-
203.8lbs lbs total 17.6% bodyfat = 35.8lbs fat 158.8lbs muscle.
My muscle is up 4.4lbs muscle since Saturday and my fat is down 5.6lbs.
Total since start is +11lbs muscle and -9.5lbs fat
Work stuff meant I did not manage gym yesterday, will be Friday before I can get again, will also need to see if the gains stay put after the cycle before drawing any firm conclusions.
Only negative so far is some intense acid flux from my stomach in the evenings, I am taking the LGD on an empty stomach at 6.45am, before a fasted cardio 35 mins walk to work, not sure if this is the cause though.
