Shoulder/Tri Routine

got one coming up, I'll give you mine ;)

Military press in front of neck 5x5
lateral raises 2 sets of 10 reps
Reverse flyes 2 sets 10 reps
Close-grip bench 5x5
Skullcrushers 2 sets 10 reps

thats it go up 5-10lbs a week and go balls to the wall

I do shoulders and tris on separate days:

Shoulders -

Military Dumbell Press 2 x 10
Arnolds 2 x 10
One armed side raises 5 x 5
Upright rows 5 x 5
Shrugs 20,15, 6, 6, 15
Rear delts 2 x 8
Front delt raises 2 x 8

Triceps -
Weighted dips 5 x 5
Skull crushers 2 x 10
Close grip bench 2 x 6

Shoulders aren't big muscles, and they get worked in a lot of upper body movements.

They get worked on back and chest day too, so I'd be careful of too much volume.

You really stand behind your weighted dips..Do you start out with weighted dips on both your chest and tri days? I just recently started doing the weighted dips as one of my main excercises on my chest day (they're helping too :D), but haven't tried them on my tricep day yet.

Do you feel like the dips still work your chest even when youre focusing on the tris? I've been doing bench dips bc they don't work my chest. Any advantages to the real dips? Thanks..
