One armed side raises 5 x 5
Upright rows 5 x 5
Shrugs 20,15, 6, 6, 15
Rear delts 2 x 8
Front delt raises 2 x 8
Triceps -
Weighted dips 5 x 5
Skull crushers 2 x 10
Close grip bench 2 x 6
