B Belial New member Nov 12, 2001 #2 Bent over dumbbell rows, neutral grip (palms facing each other)pulldowns (Do NOT hyperextend). Avoid anything behind the neck (as I said in the e-mail), avoid hyperextending, and try to stick to a neutral grip.

Thaibox New member Nov 12, 2001 #3 Have you tried close grip v-bar pulldowns with elows in?? Supposed to hit lower lats pretty good.
